Swaminathan Aiyar's open letter tells Owaisi what to do to bring Muslims on par with others in education

"Many critics say Muslims are backward because they rely on low-quality madrassa education, so the solution is madrassa reform. Sorry, but Sachar report said only 4% of Muslims attend madrassas. This is not the root of their backwardness. One reason could be Muslim elite traditions for centuries emphasising military training over education."
