Skills development ministry launches guidelines for awarding bodies and assessment under NCVET

“The success of India’s skilling system will depend on how effectively we implement these guidelines,” MSDE secretary and NCVET chairman Pravin Kumar said. In the past, most of the country's skill training needs were met through courses offered by the Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and under the Modular Employable Scheme (MES), regulated by NCVT.
